MAIN BUILDING
ACCESSIBILITY
Gloucester Services is fully wheelchair accessible with disabled toilets and showers. Wheelchairs are available upon request.
We have two Changing Places facilities, one at Northbound and one at Southbound. Access is controlled by radar key to keep it clean and available for those who need it. Please speak to a member of our team if you have any problems accessing our facilities.
You can also find a disabled-access toilet and shower in each of our Filling Stations.
TOILETS
Toilets in our main buildings are open 6.30am-10pm, including disabled toilets and parent-and-child toilets (with changing tables). 24-hour toilets, including disabled toilets, are available in our Filling Stations.

Showers, including disabled showers, are free to use in our main building from 6.30am-10pm. The 24-hour free showers in our Filling Stations are wheelchair accessible.

FAMILIES
In our Kitchen, kids eat real food, just like adults.
We make our food from scratch as you would make it at home, using real ingredients. Most of our hot dishes come in children’s portions and cost just £1 for under 11s when bought with an adult hot meal, all day, every day.
High-chairs are available on request.
Our Kitchen has a family station for handwashing, bottle warming and microwaving.
We sell Ella’s Kitchen baby food.
We have indoor and outdoor play areas at both Northbound and Southbound.
Our dog walks are ideal for short family strolls with countryside views. You are welcome to explore and relax in our Growing Communities Space at Northbound, with its views of Robinswood Hill.
Parent-and-child parking is provided in our main car park.
Both Northbound and Southbound main buildings have several family toilets, including two with disabled access and one Changing Places toilet (Southbound only).
DOGS
We welcome dogs in the foyer areas of our main buildings.
Dogs are welcome in the foyers of our main buildings at both Gloucester northbound and southbound, but not our Farmshop, Kitchen and Quick Kitchen.
We now have self-service coffee machines in our foyer areas where you can grab a hot drink without the queue. Water bowls are available at our front entrances.
Our dog walks at northbound and southbound are family-friendly traffic-free short routes offering views across the countryside. Please keep your dogs on a lead and use the poo bins provided.
Cashback
is available in our Farmshops.
Kids eat for £1
Smaller portions of our freshly cooked main dishes cost £1 when bought with adult-sized hot meals. One £1 meal can be ordered for a child aged 10 and under for every adult-sized meal, all day, every day.
Free hot drinks
Collect a stamp when you buy a hot drink and get your seventh cup for free. You can also get 10p off your hot drink when you bring a reusable cup. Don’t forget to pick up a hot drink loyalty card at the counter or ask one of our colleagues for assistance.
